How to use this scale
Treat Eb as motion rather than a resting note. Slide through it between D and E or use it as a quick chromatic colour before resolving.
A useful exercise
Loop a slow A7 groove and improvise one-bar questions followed by one-bar answers. Keep the blue note short at first.
